Course Introduction
Welcome to the FNDRC! This course is designed to prepare you for the Nutritionist-Dietitians Licensure Examination (NDLE).
Course Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the course, you should be able to enhance your knowledge on the following content areas of the NDLE:
- Basic science of food and nutrition;
- Nutritional biochemistry and medical nutrition therapy;
- Food service system and institutional management; and
